Teachers unions and others with vested interests in the current school system will tell you the problem is funding, what a surprise. They're telling you they want more money. We could spend twice as much on schools and have no notable improvement. They tried exactly that in Chicago (the Annenberg challenge). The problem is NOT MONEY!!! It's POLICY. I'd like to reform public schools but they resist reform unto death. Get kids OUT of failing schools, Obama was wrong to cancel D.C. school choice.

I dont know about that... see its white people who do the complaining, and all that the discriminated society can do is nothing but talk under their breath. This is a new century, a new society I think "people" should grow up and stop discriminating. I am a fairly optimistic person, but I dont believe there is hope for people in poverty. If the government remain as is there will be no change. Members of the government are themselves terrorists. They cover it up and pretend things arent happening. And focus on other countries in pursuit of world domination and havn't look with in themselves to see how horrible their country is. America is not a free country, Unless your rich. The law is for poor people.
