Princess Areeya was kidnap by the bad guys after arriving in Thailand. She was taken aboard a boat and when she woke up, she tried to run away. Luckily, Charnchon, a marine officer, was staying at the island nearyby and he heard a gun shot. Charnchon was able to rescue Areeya just in time, so for about 3 days they stayed at the island and tried to escape from the bad guys.

When they return to shore, Charnchon safely reunite Areeya with her uncle and her people, although Areeya couldn't travel back to her country just yet, because the bad guys are waiting to attack her once she return. To trick the attacker when Areeya travel back, they have to make everyone believe that she is not the princess, but just an ordinary Thai woman. In order to do this, Areeya has to marry a Thai man who can protect her and live with him as his wife.

The person they chose was Charnchon, therefore they had to get marry and try to live a normal life as husband and wife before Areeya can return to her country to take her throne.
