  • sorry if this is a dumb question but will this technique work the same for oil paints

  • @karateman2334

Hi. I really don't know, the process depends on the difference in drying times of the glue and the paint. In actual fact as long as the oil paints are not too thick then it may work. I would suggest a thick layer of glue and a thinner layer of oil paints.

  • @karateman2334 I don't think it will work the same, oil dries really slow (could take days) so you are able to blend and do stuff with it, while acrylic dries superfast (one or two minutes) so when it's dry, it would be really hard to work with it.

  • I like the video, though, have no idea what an ATC is :O

  • @perochialjoe

An ATC is an Art Trading Card and measures 3 1/2" by 2 1/2". You decorate them in whichever way you please. They are swapped, never sold.

  • Very good, thanks!

  • Nicely done, Lyn! You have been busy, girlfriend! Manna

  • Nice job Lyn. I am going to try this out and let you know how I did. Love your accent! Kathy Eddy
