  • Nice! A small tutorial would be awesome!!! Props!

  • Hi. I have done CG stuff for a few years and I have just recently started learning the dynamics-creating in Maya. How were the render times for this scene on that resolution?

  • I used a machine with 4 gigs of ram with a Xeon CPU:-)

  • wat render machine u used...

  • Pretty good work! Im actually working on an 'explosion' for my project in Maya too, any tipss?

  • @xchaliix Sure:-) Make the buoyancy of the temperature much more than the one of the density (maybe like 19.6 to 0.5), increase the resolution of the fluid to at least 300... and you're there:-)

  • @ElysianElysian Hey thanks! its coming along great, just a little more tweakin here n there :)

  • Very good job, (tutorial please?) ;)

  • damn 3d monitor that shit came at me i swear to god

  • good work man,

    thumbs up!

  • Really good looking explosion!! Please do a tutorial please!!!!

  • 10x mates, the resolution of the fluid is about 140 360 130. I also set the buoyancy of the temperature to 20 and the buoyancy of the density 0.5 so the temperature pushes the density and create the rolling effect of the explosion.

  • Great work, what resolution did you use in the container?

  • Very nice. I'd love to see a tutorial
