@PlushandFigure They sell them at the LEGO store, Toys R Us, and online at the LEGO website. I would bet that almost any store that has a lot of LEGO, would also have these road plates, and big base plates.

@DJDriveus It looks like the seat may be exclusive, but the way they design things at LEGO, it's really hard to tell. But either way, it does not seem to be a very commonly used piece. But remember you can order any LEGO piece you want using their "Pick a Piece" service on their website. So you can order everything you need to make your LEGO toilet.

@MITCHELLtheC17 I have found that some of their stuff is pretty good quality, and some is just a few steps above junk. But when you can get 8 engines, 10 railcars, and a couple of track packs, all for around $170, how can you go wrong?

I used to have a different kind of LEGO "toilet". I used those hoodies that Arctic explorers had on their heads, from the Arctic collection. To make such a toilet I removed the hood from the minifigure and turned these upside down and attached them to a "holder" brick that was built in the wall.
