i have something to ask...... What does it mean to be a black belt? does it mean you have mastered one form of the style or all the basics? or have you learned everything there is to know about the style? i really dont understand what it means to be a black belt in one style in each indavigule school
@ZuiQuanTheGodTso Being a Black Belt doesn't mean mastering the art. It does mean that you should have a high degree of proficiency in all of the basic and intermediate skills and be able to teach those skills to others. Black belt itself isn't the end of training but a new beginning because only when you have learned the introduction to any amount of knowledge do you know that you have much more to learn.
Thats the same way its done in the Japanese Martial Arts, but the beginners way is the advance way and vice versa. Yodan in Shotokan Karate-do.

@ZuiQuanTheGodTso The black belt is all the colors of the previous belts combined. So yes it means you've mastered all the belts.
