This is the biggest bullshit video i've ever seen. ragardless of how he got out most (out is out) the man is the second highest scorer in test history. If you were true cricket fans you would appreciate good cricket, class and quality. All things dravid has. So shut the fuck up and take your bullshit videos elsewhere fucking cunts.
@BA747Captain dude this video is EPIC, you gotta appreciate the irony of being called 'the wall' and getting bowled such a high percentage of innings...
A few of these balls were jaffas, but the ones that weren't just pitched straight and went straight, I fancy even Chris Martin could have kept out a couple of them.
This Video features shots of last two years. Dravid's Test career spans approx. 16 long years. Yes he wasn't solid for last 1+ year. Unfair to judhe him on the basis of this video. Look at his performance between 1996 and 2008. Probably the Australian tours of 2003/04 and 2007/08
Great video ... Can you please please please do a Very Very Surprised Laxman video as well? ... Every time he gets bowled, his trademark look at the messy stumps are just too priceless :D
Great video. One really has to appreciate the effort put in to this..
On Rahul Dravid, he obviously deserves the title 'The wall' for no one could be as technically perfect as him when he was at his peak. Those 54 dismissals we are talking about have come in 284 innings and is just an indicator of long he has played.
@gokulsundar4691 He's not technically perfect, drags the back foot outside leg a lot, and tends to fish outside the off-stump, not many players are technically perfect.
@gokulsundar4691 , 21% of Dravid's dismissals are bowled. Only Border, Boucher, Viv and Kallis are above him in this (of players with truly long career).. Also, at their peak almost all batsmen appear technically perfect!

I thought I was Rahul Dravid just having the worst nightmare ever. Imagine if he actually saw this! Wouldn't blame him if he felt like he was in an ocean's whirlpool swallowing him..
Some of the balls were actually quite good. But yes, regardless, there has been ongoing problems with Dravid's technique ever since the 2006 tour of South Africa. Initially, he was getting out a lot to left-handers angling the ball across him. Then I think he was getting to far across to cover his off stump. Nowadays, it seems he is doing the opposite: going straight down the track with his front foot. That helps you become a good-leaver but exposes your stumps to balls moving away late.
i am a retard? wow nice maturity! let me tell you some facts! Dravid has a higher average! higher away average! not to mention the fact that Ponting's home and away average have a huge different between them! why? cause Ponting can't play spin! Ponting also never faced Mcgrath, warne, etc... and Dravid did! He also has more runs than ponting too! and it goes on and on!
@Hashuism Average isn't everything, anyway, if we're going by averages the main thing is match winning innings. In fourth innings Ponting averages 53 with 4 centuries, Dravid averages 40 with 1 century. And Ponting never had to face McGrath and Warne, he only had to face Wasim, Pollock, Donald, Ambrose, Waqar, Walsh, Murali, Vaas, Steyn and I could go on..
first, thanks for cleaning up your language! i think there is no point is using abusive words, it help anyone or does it solve any problems! and yes average's aren't the only think! and if Dravid has a low average in the forth innings than he makes it up in the 1st or 2ng (almost 60)..., he puts the pressure in the first innings and get a lead...match winner! cause in the end he does have an edge over ponting in averages...but again average is not everything!
continues...Dravid had faced them all aswell! his average will be a lot higher if it wasn't for the great australian bowlers! he averages 40 against them! ponting averages almost 50 againt Indian bowler that are a lot weaker! just one more point i wanted to make! please read my first comment too! thanks!
still better than any australian batsman today and in the last 50 years! if all you can do is attack him when he's old and about to retire than oh boy, you really are desperate!
This compliation is hilarious! 'The wall' has been well n truly dismantled. He has the ability to make ordinary balls look unplayable! Having said that, the Aussies shouldn't gloat after winning a few games. Remember how Harbhajan made Ponting look like a tailender all through his career. And how you've lost many big pressure games (including the world cup semis) in recent times. Indians and Aussies are so full of patriotic rhetoric that it's wonderfully entertaining..! @littleausindfockers - How many times has Australia lost "many big pressure games (including the world cup semis)" against India in recent times? In my estimation, I count one game in this category - the quarter-final from the 2011 CWC quarter finals. A *QUARTER* final. Don't worry about the fact that Australia had won the previous three World Cups (including the 2003 final where Ponting and Australia absolutely SMASHED India!). You keep dreaming there, champ... :)
@Swannerator -I've got no dog in this fight by the way, so nothing personal buddy! And am talking about pressure games in general, not just Aus/Ind contests. Here are some that spring to mind: Against NZ in Hobart Dec 2011, The last couple of Ashes series, The world cup quarter finals against India (thanks for the correction!), The game in Mohali in Oct 2010 when the last couple of wickets added 100+, the T20 world cup final against England in 2010 etc The list is endless...:)
@littleausindfockers Fair call on the Ashes, they were big series where we did come up short. Mohali could go either way in terms of being "high pressure". NZ in Hobart wasn't exactly "high pressure" - which is why Australians were so scathing of Australia's performance in that match, because there was really little to no pressure until we started to collapse on the final day. I'd hardly say "endless", but anyway at least you're discussing this in good humour. :)
@Swannerator It would give me great pleasure to see the Aussies doing consistently well again. Since they are still in a delicate process of rebuilding, I just felt that premature celebrations etc could become a distraction. Likewise, I want the Indians to get their act together and infuse some new blood into their batting line up. Much as I enjoyed watching this video, I'd still want to see someone like Dravid leave on a high. And yes the list is definitely not "endless"...:)
