There is a difference between spinning weappons and fighting with them, I know this from personal experience.

Good dexterity looks nice and helps with attack to attack flow and even improves grip so you don't dsisarm so quickly but...

This does NOT automatically make you or me a trained fighter. Genuine training is a MUST.

A: they are mainly for the art form of sword spinning (can't remember the name exactly) and B: if you were to try and use them, you'd want some space between you and your enemy... or else they could just impale you while you're twirling lol

Hope you like my video clip. You know how rare it is to find people that know how to dual wield effectively? Not many. I found your tutorial to be quite informative and accurate.

Thought I'd mention your particular crossover (the one I do in my video too) is only good for maces and double edged swords/axes. Single blades require a slightly different angle to ensure the blade is always pointed towards the enemy at the apex of the strike.

It can help with a lot of stuff IF you know how to use em right. Sure this is showmanship, but once you learn ninjitsu or nintaijutsu you can use your weapons for lethal yet silent attacks.
