nope, silver stinger, and other moves that aren't there anymore are still there . they're just called "secret moves" for tekken 6 . it can still be done .

Im pretty sure its u/f+3 from hitman stance.

3+4, HMS, u/f+3 or both left and right kick together to get into hitman stance. Then press up/forward and left kick.
