I took my children to an exhibition of automata in Manxhester many years ago, which featured works by Hunkin and other inventors. We loved it!

Nice to see your inventions again. I remember an incredible wild boar/pig that was a safe. Brilliant.

if by "clear out" you mean these machines were broken up for scrap, you might consider offering them for sale in the future. you may have gotten more for them by selling them to collectors. I may have been interested in some of them.

what an amazing imagination!! it suddenly brought back many memories of my childhood of creating physically useless but mentally challenging and pleasing toys and creations in general ...sadly i myself gave up making such things due to commitments i gotta say i regret it..

I remember seeing some of these in the Secret Life Of Machines programme, including the Executive Decision Maker, Goliath, the Builder and his Wife, and the Dancing Record Player.
