  • Why do you blaspheme the Holy Spirit?

  • Me thinks this beautiful song was sung at my grandmother's funeral. ;_; I'm sad now.

  • Giê-su Người nhớ đến con khi đi đến vào cõi nước hằng sống. My in-the-raw Vietnamese translation.

  • "I saw that the woman was drunk with the BLOOD of the SAINTS, the blood of those who bore TESTIMONY to JESUS. When I saw her, I was greatly astonished."

I have testimony of jesus and i say that who doesnt born from the spirit wont enter to the kingdom of jesus.

  • Jesus died on the cross so that we may go to heaven we need so much mercy for all our sins

  • raving to this shit!!!!

  • Jezu, pamiętaj o mnie kiedy wstąpisz do swojego Królestwa

  • I love you so much Jesus " Muslim "

  • Jesús acuérdate de mí cuando vengas con tu reino…

  • I sing this the night before Easter when i go to mass at my church (St. Catherine) we go to St. Pauls for sunday masses, but me and my family go to St. Catherine for holidays, and Easter is just my favorite. When i sing this, it makes me feel that i am loved by god, and makes me happy inside. God truly loves us, and will remember us when we come into his Kingdom.

  • I listen to this every time I play Cod and I die.

  • Guys I'm a disaster. Issues with lust. But even though I screw up every single day this gives me such great hope. What a wonderful quote from the poor sinner on the cross.

    HOPE

  • Me too. It helps me to remind that the bible says that Jesus was tempted in every way like us. 'Every' must include sexual. Women (and men?) were among his closest friends.

  • Jesus, remember me,when you come into your kingdome,

Jesus remember me wehen you come into your kingdome.

    Wonderful song~

  • maidofthenorth

Wonderful to meditate and pray to. May the Lord's grace rest upon the world.

  • i was two times in taizé, it was so peaceful and grateful, thanks god for this fantastic experience.#

i will return to taizé next summer, i hope so.

  • satan disliked this 9 + times

  • @purplypassion no need to say that, Jesus knows everything, He told us to love and pray for our enemies

  • Jesus, remember us. +++

  • I have some religious videos i have made that complement this video...if you want you can take a look at this :)

    GOD BLESS everyone

  • Prayed this at Taize a few years ago. The experience changed my life. I am old, but not too old to learn of the love of the Lord Jesus Christ. May you too find the joy and certainty that flows from the heart of the Master.

  • AMEN :*

  • @Screep55 : You guys so uneducated

  • Comment removed

  • @Screep55 : You can hate my Jesus , that's your right . but you no need to use bad words to comment (Sr, my English is not good) . I don't mention about your believing or your opinion about God or life after death, etc. because It is related to individual's point of view and creed . You want to be respected in discussion , let respect our religion first. You can tell me everything in your mind about Jesus or Catholic Church, but use educated words , please . If you could do it, I respect you

  • @Screep55 I wouldn't say most people are dumb, I'd say it's more like they want to believe that they'll be at peace as they're about to die and after they die. Ultimately, people should be content with whatever they believe as they go to their deathbeds without having people tell them that their view is wrong. If you want to die with the belief that there is no God, then no one has the right to tell you otherwise; however, you gotta have respect for other people in that regard in return.

  • @SolidThugKnuckles If someone dies with the belief that there is no God that person is in a bad situation. Thats the simple truth. God exists and he said if you don't believe in him and you reject him then your soul will basically end up in Hell. I don't knw how to sugarcoat it but thats his words not mine. Thats why He said to go out into all the world preach the gospel.

  • @megaladon1926 Nah man, you're typecasting yourself into Screep55's territory here. Don't try to force your own beliefs down someone else's throat like that; I believe in God myself, but I truly don't believe that God would sentence a good person who believes in something other than Judaism/Christianity to Hell just because they weren't raised with the same belief as yourself. Putting these restrictions on good people's lives like that is what I would truly deem sinful.

  • @megaladon1926 You right no one is supposed to force a belief on someone else. Even the Bible says that. So I'll leave it alone. You mentioned though something about putting restrictions on good people's lives. Jesus said he came to set us free. He doesn't want us to be in bondage to the ways of this world.

  • Such a great meditative chant to have in one's head often...

  • osamas dead CHRIST OVER CRESCENT

  • I love you JESUS•

  • Greatest man in history, named Jesus, had no servants, yet they called him Master. Had no degree, yet they called him Teacher. Had no medicines, yet they called him Healer. He had no army, yet kings feared Him. He won no military battles, yet he conquered the world. He...committed...no.....crime, yet they crucified Him..... He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today. Wishing you all a Blessed and safe Easter 2011

  • @roseanne74 .......Very well said, Roseanne

  • @roseanne74 these are so true..

  • I love Taize songs and the environment of place... and people..........

  • THIS CHANGED MY LIFE FOREVERRRRRRR!!!!! MEW... OH PS I LOVE U JESUS!!! muhahahaha love satin....

  • I love this

  • Helloo im atreaved with the abastolished video tape of your xoxoxooxoxoxoox

  • I use to be a catholic, but the music can still be pretty easy listening, nice piece

  • The song is beautiful!

  • CFCINDIA.COM

  • beloveds, please listen the bible messages and teachings of Br.Zac Poonen (cfcindia.com), that's great. Let's l ove Jesus and return a little percentage of love back to Him.

  • Jezu nie zapomnij o mnie

  • I belong to jesus

because he is the one who made me. he died for me and he is coming back to bring me homee!

    ♥♥♥♥

  • The brass is lovely but the flute needs to be gone.

  • I like this song.

  • I have a feeling they sing this in Holy cross cemetery in Culver city Cal. And of course all of it's fellow christian cemeteries in all of Christian countries.

  • This is a very beautiful song,

  • Holy God, Holy and Mighty One, Holy and Immortal One, have mercy on us! All for Thee Most Sacred Heart of Jesus!

  • If there is one person in the whole of human History that I admire and want to be like, it is Jesus of Nazereth.

I don't know or understand Theology.

But I do know that I am weak and so in need of love.

And so I hope that all Jesus promised is really true, not just for me, but everyone.

  • @HerbyPumpkin God loves all. No matter who you are/what you are/what you've done. I will pray for you, that you understand, that whatever hurts you in your life is ridden. You shall one day be healed.

  • @HerbyPumpkin Jesus nowhere says that we must learn theology to be disciples, but in order to be disciples, we must know him. And to know him, we must seek him out where he is waiting to be found--in the pages of the New Testament. Meet him there. Do what he says to do; say what he says to say; live like he says to live; and you will find that he has moved into your heart. There are enough theologians; there are enough "religious" people; Jesus want disciples.

  • @kogcc And like Peter 'on whom I will build my Church' we need the Helper that His sufferings provided to interpret the Bible, the Spirit of Truth without whom we can do nothing. Jesus IS the Church and works through humble , weak people like Peter who know this.

  • @HerbyPumpkin "Your faith has saved you. Go in peace."

  • Yes Indeed

  • how happy to dwell in the place of God.

  • @HerbyPumpkin you are right he is the best person in all history

  • @HerbyPumpkin

You do not need to study Theology to be close to Him. He is revealed to us in the Holy Bible. Read what they testified in the New Testament and invite Him to your heart. Since my conversion I'm experiencing His power and guidance in my daily life in abundable amount.

They are all true, all the things He promised and everybody who accepts His invitation will walk in His Light and never be lost.

  • This song is beautiful, it reminds me of all the suffering in this world. We do alot of sinning in this world but the only thing worth praising is Jesus our Lord. Always ask for forgiveness and forgive others. pce

  • "Cristo lembrai de mim, quando entrares no Teu Reino, Cristo, lembrai de mim, quando entrares no Teu Reino".

  • thank u theoliol97

  • I dedicate this song to my dear friend Jay from Thailand

  • Oh yeah... This song is inspiring... it makes me think of the world

  • People arguing about what Christian group is wrong and what group is right, please remember; None of us is completely right and none is completely wrong. I see good points on both sides, but I think that it is how we were brought up... my mother being Protestant and my father being Catholic, I see both sides for what they really mean. I was baptized a Catholic, but have gone to both a Catholic and a Protestant church. Please both sides do some studying on the other THEN see what is really meant

  • Splendid, Glory be to You Jesus for ever and ever!!!

  • I'm considering taking a harp workshop on Taize in October. Today is the first time I've heard of Taize. After listening to these selections on Youtube, I don't understand what differentiates Taize from other praise music. Can you explain? Thank you.

  • @ennuie2 It's the atmosphere of Taize that makes their music. It's a Place. It has to be experienced.

  • Why do athiests bother writing these rude anti-Christian things about Christian videos on You Tube all the time!? Like don't you guys have anything better to do with your time!? Keep your rude, offensive comments to yourself!

  • love taize forever

  • We usually interject this at intervals at Good Friday Mass. It's very moving, and feels personal - the hope of the condemned.

  • JESUS SHALL ALWAYS BLESS U.PEACE.

  • beautiful The essence of the Xian faith that Jesus came into the world to save us sinners he came as a man and faced the trials, tribulations and temptations we all face

  • where did you get all the images from??

  • Wooh.....I really must stop reading some of the comments on YouTube!

I'm not a Christian but love some of the Taize music I have heard and this is beautiful.

  • Will always remind me of a retreat where we sang Taize chants in rounds, including this one. It was an amazing spiritual experience. xxx

  • On second thought I now underderstand that the prayer comes from a sinner..and when we prayer this we put ourselves in his place beside Jesus on the cross. So it is good as it is! Sorry.

  • Not only remember me Jesus but all people..that is what I pray for.

This is from the gospel of Saint Luke. Chapter 22: 39-43. Called the Good Thief, one of two who where crucified with Jesus...His Kingdom is amongst us.

So now we can pray, Lord remember us in your Kingdom.

Thanks for this beautiful post. Best wishes from Willemina

  • Fuck Catholics. The bible EXPLICITLY notes, on more than one occasion not to worship idols, or praise anything but 'Him'. So why the fuck do they kneel/bow in front of the 'virgin' Mary. Correct me if i'm wrong, but that is a form of worship.

  • Lkonae is a tool

  • @RaidersFade2Black Please explain your newfound knowledge. Are you denying Catholics are hypocrites?

  • @Lkonae it's not like they are worshiping a fake god or that of a non-Christian god. Sure some Catholics break their own rules by sinning but everyone sins.

  • @RaidersFade2Black God's still going to be pissed off. God doesn't want you praying to some slut, she has original sin just like the rest of us.

  • @Lkonae slut?

  • @RaidersFade2Black 'Virgin' Mary. She concieved Jesus out of wedlock, AND claimed he was the child of God. Either she was insane like many of the other saints or trying to convince Joseph that it was the son of God, not any of the other men of the village ;)

  • @Lkonae

shut up and get out of here, slut!

God prepare the hell for u.

  • @chemtrooper Slut's not a word generally used for a male. Hell was made up by Christians to subjugate ignorant and unschooled peasants. You're obviously a peasant.

  • @Lkonae That's very unfriendly of you. I assume you have been harmed in some way...or many ways even...by somebody climing to be a Christian. I am a Christian but like many of my faith reject the idea of hell, it is not tought in the scriptures and has indeed been used to hurt many. As for unschooled? Are you talking Dr Joh Holts theory of education?

  • @1macboo Hell is indeed mentioned in the scriptures.

  • @noleyplatz No it isn't. The word was first applied to the grave by our German and English ancestors, and as superstition came to regard the grave as an entrance to a world of torment, Hell at length became the word used to denote an imaginary realm of fiery woe. In the Bible four words are translated Hell: the Hebrew word Sheol, in the original Old testament; its equivalent, the Greek word Hadees, in the Septuagint; and in the New Testament, Hadees, Gehenna and Tartarus.

  • @noleyplatz The Hebrew Old Testament, some three hundred years before the Christian era, was translated into Greek, but of the sixty-four instances where Sheol occurs in the Hebrew, it is rendered Hadees in the Greek sixty times, so that either word is the equivalent of the other. But neither of these words is ever used in the Bible to signify punishment after death, nor should the word Hell ever be used as the rendering of Sheol or Hadees for neither word denotes post-mortem torment.

  • @noleyplatz "Sheol signifies the state of the dead in general, without regard to the goodness or badness of the persons, their happiness or misery."

It is understanable you believe in the Middle Age understanding of "hell" but please know that the early church was not inclined to believe in "hell" as eternal punishment for the first 4-500 years of the church. Anyway, we both trust in jesus as lord! Praise God! See ya in His kingdom! Peace

  • @chemtrooper These people have psychological problems. Just ignore them., and they will go troll somewhere else.

  • When I say changes in the Catholic Church I am referring to doctrine and not the Bible. Somehow I think it is fitting that St. John's Apacolypse or Revelations states not to alter the writing as it is the last book in Bible. And so many have kept the Bible as it was put together by the Church. There have been many translations though and there are differences. And so we need the authority of Peter (the Pope). CHRIST IS RISEN !

  • So many misunderstand. It was John in his book Revelations or Apacolypse who stated people should not alter his writing. Later his book was added into what we know as the Bible. The Church is a living institution. There have been changes under the authority of the Father (Pope) who Catholics believe is in the line of Peter as the leader. We need to be careful how we interpret the Bible but most of all we need to be loving and kind and patient to those disbelieve. CHRIST IS RISEN !

  • Lord Jesus, Son of the Living God, have Mercy on me, a sinner...

    Holy God, Holy Mighty One,

    Holy Immortal One,

have Mercy on us and on the whole world!

  • i love you God. ♥

  • FaLse Roman/Saturn/Jesus.

for it is written that it is unholy to enact an idoL of god. you are enacting faLse idoLs of god.

it is unbibLicaL. it is the refLection of the reLigion of the CRUCIFYING state, the roman empire which NEVER ENDED.

@ 2:27 the lambs bLood into the chaLice is very obviously pre -christian mithraic imagery,as well as canaanite.

you are venerating aspects of the ancient paGan and heathen rites. therefore, the taize idea is a pagan, heathen idea. not christian.

  • Take it easy, Pal. You should introduce YOUR Jesus to someone who does not know him. I know. YOUR Jesus is bigger than MY Jesus. Someday you may understand that there is but one Jesus. YOURS, MINE, OURS, and whatever image we call to mind when we remember him, it is STILL HIM. When you have listened to his word long enough and hard enough, you may come to believe that "this IS my body which you shall eat and this IS my blood." Then you may be awestruck by the living God in the Eucharist.

  • if you listen to ANY word long n hard enough, you can come to beLieve ANYTHING.

    your point proves nothing.

SO WRONG to say that whatever image you call to mind to remember christ is o.k.

totaL reLativism! self-deLusion, and fascist sun-worship brainwashing.

it says in the BIBLE, NO IMAGES TO BE MADE OF GOD. the 1st commandment, siLLy,thou SHALT HAVE NO otHER GODS EXCEPT ME.

duh?!? because Lucifer has disguised himself in the symbols and idoLs of your church.

    it is infested with demons.

  • @tomcornhole Christ Himself is an image of God. And we can't have a painting of Him to remind us of Him? Human beings themselves are made in the image of God. We're not supposed to go forth and multiply......?

  • There is no real lamb's blood in the chalice. It is the Blood of Christ in the chalice. It's simple. The lamb = symbol of Christ, Who finally pays off the debt to God which was unpayable by the lambs sacrificed in the Temple. "For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink" Jn 6:56. This is the true origin & meaning of the symbol. Just because it might resemble another doesnt mean it's unChristian. The cross was 1st a symbol of torture but Christ made it holy.

  • i KNOW ,i KNOW! it's not LiteraL bLood in the chaLice. i understand what you cathoLics are saying, but i am aLmost sure that you do NOT most certainly understand what i am saying. i was confirmed cathoLic. i now consider myself an ENEMY of your fascist,faLse roman church. i wasn't even MOLESTED!

i am an enemy of your church ON BEHALF of all it's VICTIMS! until you can step outside of your limiting belief

system, you can never see how horriblY manipulated the roman cathoLic church is.

  • And yet the first disciples of Christ didn't abandon Peter because Judas Iscariot sinned against the Lord.

  • @sabrinerweener

actually..... peter did not lose faith in god. he never stopped trusting jesus. he wept bitterly, but he still turned to jesus for forgiveness.

judas despaired and didn't turn to jesus. even something as ugly as betrayal, jesus would have forgiven. but because judas didn't trust in the mercy of the lord, he didn't trust in the lord himself.

    therein lies the difference

  • @cornstaaarch

True. But what I mean is that Jesus chose imperfect people to lead (and be in) His Church. I mention this to tomcornhole because he believes the Roman Catholic Church is manipulated.

  • @sabrinerweener

well, what is now the catholic church was the original church fiunded by jesus.

jesus said that the gates of hyell would not prevail against his church.

so anyone who thinks that the catholic church is manipulated either thinks that jesus was wrong, or that he lied.

i have to wonder what tomcornhole believes? does he think jesus was wrong, or that he lied?

  • I feel like a lot of Catholic churches seem to be similar to what the pharisees and scribes of Jesus' day were like, being more concerned about law and tradition instead of grace, mercy, and love. In the old, old days, the church had more power than anything else except maybe high offices of government, and abused that power.

  • @cornstaaarch I wonder too.

  • Christ Himself predicted that wolves will be among His Church, but insists that people remain true to the Church's teachings, which will never change. Of course members of the Church will sin... everyone is a sinner. But the Church has valid sacraments, which help bring grace to people for their salvation. On judgment day God won't ask you, "How many pedophile priests were there?" but "How much did you love me and my people?"

  • @tomcornhole

"i KNOW ,i KNOW! it's not LiteraL bLood in the chaLice"

    yes it is

  • @tomcornhole

    jajajajajaja

it says in the bible, not to add to, nor detract from the scriptures, which is what martin luther did, hence, anyone who reads a protestant bible is not getting the entire word of god.

you still haven't answered y query. since you think the gates of hell have prevailed against jesus' church, do you consider him a lunatic or a liar?

  • Petrus with his caracter is off course telling out the bloody smoothy story. The man hanged bought a piece of land, hanged him self and his body was turned into a mes ;-)

Later matthew described the things that were passed, he did a better investigation had a more excacter story of what happend.

Petrus is telling his story a few days after it happenend. The people nows the story, 3000 even believed that day. No tv or paper that days... so story goes like wordwhispering on a birthday party

  • @AlbertvanderHeide more excacter ?

  • @sasinsa123

Is that a problem for u? First it shows how acceptable the bible is. Different people give there eyewitness story. If you ask a police officer, he will tell you that this kind of differences proves the rightness of the story.

If this people where not telling their truth then it should be polited and excact the same.

Both storys can be a reflection off what happens, seens trough different eyes and from out of different perspectives.

  • Jesus, my Lord, I love you :-)

  • Act 1:18:- Now THIS MAN (Judas Iscariot) PURCHASED a field with the reward of iniquity; and FALLING HEADLONG, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out.

Act 1:19 And it was known unto all the dwellers at Jerusalem; insomuch as that field is called in their proper tongue, Aceldama, that is to say, The field of blood.

Two Questions 1- who purchased the land?

    2. How he died? .... Read Mathew 27: 5-7 then answer it

  • Jesus remember me; as you are in your kingdom!

  • Jesus remember me; when you come into your kingdome!

  • Jesus, forgive me my selfishness, but I have to ask you this mercy... I am to weak... And something for sure: I want to be with you!

  • This is always the recessional hymn at my church on Palm Sunday.

  • Jesus, remember me, when u come into your kingdom.

  • this is a beautiful song, it's so true...

    ' God is good '

  • Your Gran was truly blessed to have someone in her life who cared enough to have such a beautiful song played in her rememberance.

  • this song was sung at my grans funneral today, such a beautiful hymm for a truly beautiful, kind and unique woman...miss you so much granny b x

  • As she was blessed in having you as a grand daughter Aine...

  • hi...thanks for your comment...i was also blessed to have known my granny...she was one in a million

  • missing you gran but so happy you are where you want to be love you so much

  • @aine121 sorry

    i love this song to

  • "Blessed are those who believe in Me without having to see Me".

    ---- Jesus Christ

  • "Senhor, lembra-te de mim quando estiveres no Teu Reino!",

foi o pedido do Bom Ladrão, Dimas, a Jesus na Cruz:

"Hoje ainda estarás comigo no Paraíso"!

Todos nós podemos estar HOJE com Jesus no Paraíso, nem precisamos morrer para isso. Deus habita nosso coração e pede apenas nosso amor e atenção, para nos dar em troca o Paraíso.

  • Its so sad that people are so anti-christian, heck anti religion in general. Its too bad there are some bad apples who misinterpret religion and use it to hurt others. We need to use our faith for good.

  • @brunohusker i agree

  • @brunohusker Amen. There is a special section of Hell reserved for those who would pervert the faith into an excuse to do evil things to other people.

Christ called us to go out into the world and bring hope, love, and faith to the world in His name. As an aspiring pastor, I constantly pray that one day I will be able to do that more fully.

  • @Adamguy2003 Bless you, Adam. We need more pastors and priests. Especially those who wish to do as you have said.

Although we also need firebrand preachers, like Father Corapi, to wake the world up from its sinful stupor.

  • @Adamguy2003 No he didn't.

  • See Revelations 21: 6-8 Also 22:12 and 20: 11-14

In the Bible Philipians 2:9-10 Tells us Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name above every name. That at thename of Jesus every knee should bow in heaven and on earth and under the earth. And EVERY tongue confess that JESUS CHRIST is LORD !!! But to answer your statement Morgandrim John 3:16 Changes your believes. Smile God Loves You !! even if you don't love him.

  • One thing is guranteed, the people who still hate him will find his love and be at peace. This is the greatness of his love.

  • umbrellaseance is jesus christ to me

  • People have such things against Christianity. What's so wrong with people who want to be peaceful, and love? If people lived by the bible (and didn't even have to be Christian) this world would be so much greater.

  • Why would anyone tell you that you are saved? One has to have faith to be saved. Repent, believe in Jesus and follow his teachings and salvation is yours.

  • Can you please tell me what album this is from? I'm having a hard time finding a version where the flute is not so overpowering. This is a great version.

  • My beautiful mother died on his day, Sept 2nd

1993 @ the age of 51. My father died on August 31st they year before @ 48 years of age - their names were Barbara and Eugene - if you read this, please pray for their souls. It's been almost 20 years ad I still miss them so. Rest in peace mom and dad - gone, but never forgotten.

    Brian

  • How inspiring! This inspires me to never stumble upon a religious nut job video ever again. I also noticed that some people here get aroused by this music, how naive the flock has become.

  • I love Jesus, I love you God, I love you Maria, I love you angels of God, where are you..?

  • this is so beautiful, it brings back memories from taize...

  • Hi melismail7 , hope all is well in your life! I found a wonderfilled plead when i was in need ; Eternal Father please create an opening in my heart, and give me the grace to receive your Divine Mercy and LOVE! I ask for this in the name of your Son Jesus......Amen. I just said this over and over again, and woke up and greeted the brand new day! It is always a great day somewhere! Tarcis, your Brother in Christ !

  • Powerful chant!

  • Thx for the posting...It's very beautiful...

  • Thank you for posting this, may Lord Jehovah bless you all

  • I prefer the name god.

  • Whatever you want. Jehovah is the actual name (read the first page of the Bible) of God and is says in many verses that 'thou shalt mention my name'.

  • I'd be curious to know how far in a literal reading of the bible you made it without running into a contradiction. I made it about 1 chapter.

  • Comment removed

  • Yes Lord, remember me. Thank you Nigel for sharing this with me.

  • This song makes me cry every time I hear it, so beautiful. Taize are amazing.
