No major problems running the camera. Every once in a while it would just stop on its own, but that's probably because it was an old camera. You have to thread it just right or the film will chatter.
As far as the magazine goes, I think it was squeaking because I may have tightened the lid to tight and the take up reel was rubbing against the lid. I'm not exactly sure. The magazine was one of those old Mitchell 'mickey mouse' ear types. The lids were screw on and very hard to turn sometimes.
why was the film mag squeeking? im actually buying one of these cameras did you run into any problems using it?
