There are victims for two reasons... GREED AND MENTAL ILLNESS... those who perpetuate violence or abuse against another is either GREEDY, OR MENTALLY ILL. THERE ARE NO OTHER REASONS THAT PEOPLE HURT ONE ANOTHER... So, look at who is in charge or our world, our children, or families, our lives.. the greedy and the mentally ill... GIVE MOTHERS BACK THEIR RIGHTS TO THE CHILDREN! No one has the right to disrupt or dissolve a family! WTH is wrong with this world??? CREATE A FAMILY PROTECTION SERVICE!

My children, Christopher and Katelyn Simeone are in this video, thanks to the corrupt Rhode Island Family Court System, Attorney William Lynch, Attorney John Lynch Sr., Attorney Steven A. Colantuono, Chief Judge Jeremiah Jr., and Judge John McCann for taking brides, doing backroom divorces and custody battles and ripping my family apart . You will not get away with this.  I will fight you until the day I die.

Yes these children sometimes are VICTIMS of number three regularly, by our own government, harm comes from not being with your parents!!!!

So what exactly are they "victims" of? The accusation is made against Family Court of CPS, but I don't see any actual evidence presented. Is a "victim" someone who didn't get a result they wanted? It's one thing to point a finger - it's another thing to use facts and evidence to actually make a case.

@sduross The evidence is plentiful, there are entire sites full of court documents and case studies in various countries. All you have to do is open your eyes.

@sduross Until it happens to you- and IT COULD, don't 'judge' us... by victims we mean that our kids were taken by FALSE allegations and people in authority abusing those powers and authorities like CPS and Family Courts- they lies to take away our kids and we are victims because we didn't have our say we LOST our kids and our kids have been violated and TORN away from the only homes and people who loved (love) them for no reasons!!!

@sduross also- it has nothing to do with the results of our cases- our CASES should not have been in existence in the first place. Just another way of making money off our kids. Do you work for them???? Hmmmmmmmmmmm makes me wonder????

@sduross In the majority of these cases, there is NO "actual evidence" presented in a COURT OF "LAW" to take these kids from families. I lost a child to the system because of a LIE, which agency workers later admitted was "unfounded", but NO efforts were made to reunify us, NO service plan was implemented and suitable family members were denied custody, with NO "actual evidence" or reasons given! The eventual termination of parental right was not was was wanted, yes! we want our kids home!

Awesome job Anthony, thank you for sharing our story & many,many,many others victimized by OUR GOVERNMENT & the use of OUR TAX DOLLARS that benefit them not our families.
