I've taken care of mentally ill people and this is Schizophrenia probably exacerbated by drugs. Imagine yourself trapped in your mind watching someone else take over your body, humiliating you by saying and doing things that you would never think about doing. This type of illness is horrible the one who has taken the over the mind denies being sick therefore refuses treatment. Maia is being held hostage by her own mind and it will take a miracle to free her.
One more...she was in a movie with Tupac Shakur and Janet Jackson called Poetic Justice. It was a small part, but she was in the movie. I hope she is doing better now. Update. I just read on blackweb2.0 that as of Tuesday 9/8 she is in treatment. She's been going downhill for years, and then her mom died in 2006, and now she's fallen hard! This has been going on and only getting worse. I think that this recent video made people realize that she really needs help...and somebody or persons stepped up to get her the help that she desperately needs! I'm keeping you in my prayers Maia.

Really looks like she is on meth.....the guy kept triggering her on the video.........she was already agitated but when he kept asking her to do sexual things it made her more upset...meth have you cursing the way she was cursing.....sorry to hear about her mom but she really needs family or somebody close that truly loves her to take her from that environment, put her in rehab and have her body detoxed. The power of prayer and support from loved ones can bring her back.
