If u still want to get off 15#, are u going to RESET your "Set Point" for your final goal weight, without going back on another round of HCG and getting to that weight? That is all I am wondering. Atkins is good, but I don't know how exact u will be about your final set point. You have done GREAT!!!!
The phases are from Kevin Trudeau's book. You don't need it. I have not read it, but through my YouTube obsession I have learned all about them. Pounds and Inches is really all you need, and that is what he based everything on.
I use "stages" instead of phases. I'm finding I really need to mark the stage I'm in so that I can monitor my body more easily. But since there are those on YT who dislike Kevin Trudeau, who created the term "phases" I am trying to stay away from that.
Stage 1 (P!) - LOAD
Stage 2 (P2) - VLCD
Stage 3 (P3) - Stabilize
Stage 4 (P4) - Maintain
From KT's book P1 means "cleanse" phase and P4 means "lifetime maintenance" phase.
Good for you! For not taking the easy way out!! I think too many do "correction days" to fix a cheat! I too will be using Atkins for P3 and lifetime :) :)
