WoW Some couples are ment... What a ring of fire they made :) I wish Elvis had been so lucky :( Anyway Great and fitting Tribute, Bruce is the new King of the world....
Yes Johnny and Bruce do have a lot in common, they are true folk writers, just listen to Bruce unplugged if you're in doubt. I adore them both. RIP Johnny and June, makin' beautiful music in heavenly skies!
In one of Johnny's biographies, he talks of Bruce Springsteen and the tremendous respect he had for the Boss and how much they're alike. I've always thought that too. One other artist that puts me in the Johnny Cash and Bruce Sprinsteen mindset is Pat Green. Thanks for making the video and posting it.
i absolutely agree with you. thanks to johnny cash and june carter cash for their great work on this hard earth. they're great personalities i'll never forget. Thanks for making and uploading so we can all remember johnny cash one of the greatest man livin in this world. Johnny you dont know me but i know you're live in the public I'll never forget you.
He was grew up in Freehold and they know beyond the shadow of a doubt their connection to Bruce. The folks in Asbury also rely a great deal on Bruce's history and connection in their current rebirth. They know.
You did a fine job. If I was still able to, I would probably break down and cry. Cash always seemed like a part of my family, I heard him all my life. A fine job, indeed!
I mixed the June and Johnny pics with a great Springsteen tune. Both artists shared a respect and admiration for working man like not many other musicians of their days did. Anyway, I hope yo like.
Yankees,,,this was very sweet,,,i have many of these pictures on my hard drive.....i just love seeing them. You picked a great song,,,their love was precious and I hope someone in their family sees this video, they will feel the same way. This is in my favs...Thanks!

Johnny was more "folk;" Bruce more rock-oriented with a folk inspiration, I suppose. I actually just found him singing Bruce's "Johnny 99!"
