My Pc shuts down but when it starts up it will say Safe mode network prompting and all that no matter what i do i cant get anything to come up it will give me a balck screen and the mouse cant enter codes nothign cant see anyhing just balckness PLZZZZ HELp

I know you probably won't read this but I managed to open system properties then turned off auto restart like you said in the video but it just restarted itself again, however this time was different, this it gave me its first blue screen of death.

I'm really confused, what do you reccomend I do know?
