  • it must be hard trying to get your warm-up done with everyone watching you

  • Who rides for specialized now....

  • Very Cool!!!

  • Man those spectators are just staring at his ass. LOL.

  • Ok, I know he's the best in the world, but shouldn't his legs extend more at the bottom?

    This is bugging me.

  • Watch the pros ride they all have a bend in their knee.

It's only amateurs that think it's a "who can sit the highest" competition.

  • Leg lenght x 0.883 should give u right height. Yes u get a bend in the knees.

  • Ah man; simple common sense. Hes on a "resistance biking machine" Designed to train inside or before a race. - Look at the machine. Notice how its proped up. This should anwser your question.

  • and yes, you don't want to sit to high on your bike. I rode high on my bike for about a month this summer. Then i started to have knee trouble and i partially tore my LCL from riding to high on my bike. I was able to train through it while it healed but i lowered my bike seat and have had great results so far.

  • Seen from the front makes it look like that and it goes so fast too so its hard to tell. Looking from the sides will give u better perspective of how much they extend. Trust me, hes all perfect.

  • good luck guys
