Look at deep breath the flight director takes inside the 20-second mark, around 3:50 into the video. You couldn't pay me enough to do that job, what an incredible responsibility. Talk about extraordinary people - as gutsy in their own way as the astronauts themselves.

The ammount of information he needs to keep an eye on. I have a copy of all sequences 10 through 18 which is S007 through Recycle control. He has a lot to do!
