@Airgunomics: there are a lot of people that play the bagpipe in Galicia. The best know is Carlos Nuñez, who is from Vigo, not from Santiago. He plays Galician folk music and Irish music. He also mixes that music with basilian music, etc.

@oliver4a muy bien, estas aprendiendo castellano? solo recuerda que no es preciso usar "la" o "el" en frente de cualquier substantivo, y "suia" se escrive "suya" pero tampoco es necesario decir "a la suya", es correcto decir "a su universalidad" vas bien, yo tambien batalle un poco quando estaba aprendiendo Portugues que se parece mucho al Italiano en cuetiones de articulos y substantivos reflexivos.

Las diferencias que existen hoy en dia entre el norte de España y por ejemplo Irlanda es debido a que al norte de España llegaron pueblos enteros de Suevos, Visigodos y Romanos.
Lo que aparentemente se está insinuando con los estudios genéticos es que los habitantes originales de la islas Británicas (no solo de Irlanda) llegaron desde España. Los supuestos celtas, llegaron más tarde a las Islas y dejaron una legado más cultural que genético. De la misma forma romanos, saxones, anglos, normandos, etc influyeron mínimamente en la composición del adn moderno de las islas.

@oliver4a muy bien, estas aprendiendo castellano? solo recuerda que no es preciso usar "la" o "el" en frente de cualquier substantivo, y "suia" se escrive "suya" pero tampoco es necesario decir "a la suya", es correcto decir "a su universalidad" vas bien, yo tambien batalle un poco quando estaba aprendiendo Portugues que se parece mucho al Italiano en cuetiones de articulos y substantivos reflexivos.

Siempre me pongo contrariado cuando leo palabras de independencia de cualquer region, no porque tengo mala intencion, sino en el sentido que un hombre se preocupa por un amigo. Viviendo lejos de España por mucho de mi vida, he podido verlo cambiando, quizas para mejor o no. Por otro lado, la gran influencia celta en Galicia y Asturias no está en la raza, está en los trazos culturales. Los celtas no eran una raza, eran una cultura, por mas que alguno le cueste mertérselo en el coco. ¿Que hay mas gente rubia en Asturias y Galicia? Pues lo dicen las estadísticas, vaya un logro. Será influencia sueva, o el aislamiento, pero como gallego no diría que es por herencia ni nada parecido.

Galicia viene de gallaecii de la tribu celta que encontraron los romanos por esa parte de la peninsula, y llamaron ,despues de conquistar el territorio, gallaecia a la provincia. Que es de donde viene Galicia. :D

@sensemaestro123456 Es cierto, ademas de obvio, las poblaciones humanas en Europa durante la ultima glaciacion estaban en el norte de España, Italia, Anatolia y el Caucaso. Las diferencias que existen hoy en dia entre el norte de España y por ejemplo Irlanda es debido a que al norte de España llegaron pueblos enteros de Suevos, Visigodos y Romanos.

Lo que aparentemente se está insinuando con los estudios genéticos es que los habitantes originales de la islas Británicas (no solo de Irlanda) llegaron desde España. Los supuestos celtas, llegaron más tarde a las Islas y dejaron una legado más cultural que genético. De la misma forma romanos, saxones, anglos, normandos, etc influyeron mínimamente en la composición del adn moderno de las islas.

@sensemaestro123456 Eso no es cierto. Los unicos celtas originales que comparten ADN son los Galeses y Gallegos, ya que son Gallegos mismos que imigraron a lo que hoy en dia es Gales. Las Islas de Man, Inglaterra, Irlanda,etc. simplemente fueron influenciados por la influencia Gallega en esas areas, de ese modo considerandose a si mismos celtas, pero no son celtas de sangre. Es una hipocrisia que a los Gallegos no se los considere celtas hoy en dia..

Ademas, los gallegos por naturaleza siempre fueron aventureros (al igual que los irlandeses) y salieron para America hacer dinero -- poblando muchos paises de Laino America. Yo, naciendo en Cuba, soy nieto de gallegos (y a mucha honra) y cuando oigo las gaitas o la Tuna Compostelana me emociono pues era la musica que escuchaba cuando era joven el La Habana. Ahora adulto (y gracias a YouTube) me deleito en conocer mas, ver y escuchar esa linda musica de Galicia.

No vivo en Cuba, 'Footy'. Los ciudadanos en Cuba no tienen acceso a la Internet. Para ellos solo hay la "Intranet" (controlado por el gobierno central). Vivo en Miami... y gracias a que soy libre, he podido viajar. En el 2004 pude visitar Galicia (para el Xacobeo) por primera vez y me sentia en un lugar muy familiar por el hecho de que conocia la musica, las costumbres y las comidas de esa region. Especialmente soy un fanatico de las Tunas.
