i finished this game for like 10 times and i never get another ending! it's always the same! he finds his truck and he sees in the mirror the girl with the baby (and neither me nor my friend (we were playing together every time) know who that girl is and what the baby is for! she doesn't look like alessa anyway! she looks more like dahlia in the game)

They may look different in the other games, but is implyed by the recording at the end that the kid in the mirror is Alessa, and the baby is Cherryl, soon after they are separated, and the baby is found by Harry and her wife, thus giving birth to the plot of Silent Hill 1.
