If you go to court over this you could easily question the officers judgement. Because if he said it was illegal to be on the roads with no tag and registration then why would he ever allow you to get back in and get on the road again if it were illegal in the first place.

No driver licence no insurance, but I sent an affidavit to the Attorney General of Ontario to let him know the situation and a fee schedule, just in case. It feel so good to be free from their racket.

Great video! Since you were driving at the time of the pull over, only you may give permission for the search. Since you did not, the officer was in clear violation of your 4th Amendment Rights. Especially since there was no probable cause to search at all, neither to detain you in the squad car. This cop lost his (good faith) qualified immunity, and may be sued in a Federal District Court Tort Action.

Don't go to court as "Pro Se"...go as "Pro Per" (Propia Persona). Conditionally accept the charge upon the court showing proof of a verified complaint (which they can't). If you do it like this, then the court case shouldn't last more than 5 minutes. If you really want to hammer them, then go to court as a plaintiff, list the State as the defendent in your counterclaim and also mention in your CC that you are a private Citizen and not a 14th Amendment citizen. this will get you what you want.
I did the same here in NC. But I had no tag at all. The cop was very friendly and it appeared that we was supportive. It went to court...judge ruled against me...then I appealed and it went to superior court...then it was dismissed. In the future, I will just A4V every ticket I get and send it to the IRS. Infractions are civil complaints not criminal complaints. I am a former peace officer and I can tell you that infractions such as these are only to make money for the local government; however, having insurance/financial responsibility is common law.

Don't go to court as "Pro Se"...go as "Pro Per" (Propia Persona). Conditionally accept the charge upon the court showing proof of a verified complaint (which they can't). If you do it like this, then the court case shouldn't last more than 5 minutes. If you really want to hammer them, then go to court as a plaintiff, list the State as the defendent in your counterclaim and also mention in your CC that you are a private Citizen and not a 14th Amendment citizen. this will get you what you want.

I did the same here in NC. But I had no tag at all. The cop was very friendly and it appeared that we was supportive. It went to court...judge ruled against me...then I appealed and it went to superior court...then it was dismissed. In the future, I will just A4V every ticket I get and send it to the IRS. It will get discharged and will look like it never happened. That is how I remain the creditor.

So who did he issue the citations to, without proper identification. The officer must have a ID to issue the citation on. He can't issue a citation based on hearsay evidence. How did he obtain info on "you" to issue the public charges?

I played this game in Reno, NV and found that the taste of victory in the street is quickly soured by the DA, judge and court staff. I was 'ordered' to cooperate with all court staff, which the quickly extended to forcing me to sign all of the BS doccuments that they put in front of me. long story short, 2 misdemeanor convictions, 180 days jail suspended for 2 years, follow all laws (what does that even mean) $1000 fine etc etc etc.

All for the power of freedom, but when you're driving with no vehicle ID(License Plates) you're asking for trouble. If for example you were to escape a high speed chase there would be no way of telling who got away. If a murderer was stopped, that license plate may save a cops life. If a car is stolen, again the LP may save a cops life.

They can and do, quite frequently. Police base their actions, unfortunately, on the publics misunderstanding of the law, which is why most cops do not want to be video/audio taped. It is our responsibility, as citizens, to protect ourselves. Educate yourself, do not be intimidated and RECORD EVERYTHING. You would be surprised how fast the police back off when they know you have them recorded.

I recommend downloading the entire audio of "perfect the process" at the Creditors in Commerce site. Also listen to everthing you can find by Gordon Hall who is an expert on verbal contracting. Infractions are civil complaints not criminal complaints. I am a former peace officer and I can tell you that infractions such as these are only to make money for the local government; however, having insurance/financial responsibility is common law.

If any police officer give you an order, give them a bill, that will shut them up quite fast. Anyone who gives you an order in a common law jurisdiction is liable for a bill. Make sure the bill is for at least $1,000.
