When it comes to graphics and background, Sonic's Ice Cap Zone can suck a fat one compared to Slip Slide Ride. The stage music in Ice Cap Zone is pretty good though, but not as good as SSR's.

The music and graphics for DKC1, 2 and 3 is pretty amazing for a Super Nintendo and for its time. I enjoyed many SNES games as a child and still enjoy them as an adult. I'll never get rid of my Super Nintendo or the entire drawer full of cartridges. <3

Honestly today I gotta agree with Miyamoto: I prefer playing a mario game to Donkey Kong Country now. But I still like the eye candy and music just as much as I did back when it came out.

Na i totally disagree, i've played almost every mario game and still find Donkey Kong far superior for innovation and gameplay, mario's more like playing tetris, you know what your getting, most DK games are always full of surprises.

Na i definatley disagree, DK > Mario always for innovation and gameplay, with mario it gets to repetitous after all this time imo, DK is always different, with a crazy variety of different levels and puzzles to do.

type in 99 lives on donkey kong country in the search bar. it tells you how to get more thsan 99 lives easily. we managed to beat this level now lol.. just to beat the boss now XD
