@AudienceKiller66 well there is definitely death metal with feeling, just the idea that technicality = skill level and playing the most non-followable piece makes you good has lead to the loss of song flow the effect the music has on the ear. I know you have made it into a song already but I think if you were to ever re-write it the beginning section is really great but the alteration of the riff should be spaced out from the other riff. Otherwise I admire the technique you used.

It's way more fun to try and play the most complicated stuff you can than sound like every other average dildo playing guitar out there. I just get way too bored playing most shit so stuff like this just amazes me! Not saying I can play anything close to this.... way to insane for me to try yet hahahaha. Insanely intense autopsy performed on your guitar man! Keep it up!

I swear all these death metal-heads read the dictionary every night to find the largest words that sound brutal to put as a song name. And these riffs don't really show that much spirit in them. It's kind of typical death metal. ..I can already see their lead singer having long hair and a beard just making low voices which aren't even screams half the time.

@atari3200t i write music, and i know this music is not good..so i consider this kind of music like a challenge to the ears... they wanna annoy... they write this songs to annoy people, and i think it's reasonable. but don't tell me they write this kind of music because they think it's good or they "feel" it... the only thing they felt was the urge to annoy people.. to make weird music.... or something like that.

@sicoticosandro no real artist writes music they dont think is good. sometimes i would much rather hear some diminished arpeggios and atonal tapping runs than any consonant sounding runs. this is what they feel is their calling. they go against the norm and they do it in a way that challenges people to open their minds to new musical ideas. but really i dont need to defend this man. he is making a name for himself and this band by playing his unique style

Technical death metal is the musical equivilent of tossing cookie monster into a wood chipper. If any originality were added to the technical death metal genre, it would no longer be in that genre and would only be a positive step forward to making something that sounds remotely like music.

I swear all these death metal-heads read the dictionary every night to find the largest words that sound brutal to put as a song name. And these riffs don't really show that much spirit in them. It's kind of typical death metal. ..I can already see their lead singer having long hair and a beard just making low voices which aren't even screams half the time.

@7thAllah Yeah, I think they see the guitar as just an object instead of something to really channel your spirit with. I only see deathmetal as something that people think is cool, and not something you can really connect with. But I do enjoy the sounds sometimes, I enjoy everything.

I know for a fact that Josh puts himself or his essence or "spirit" into his work. He put more into any one of his riffs than you have probably put into your whole life.
