i still think that with all this they will still try to stomp out cannabis as a medicine. It is simply to direct a solution and very difficult to convolute for profit. It could seriously damage the health care insurance monopoly that has been so laboriously maintained. i doubt they can actually force anyone to get medical insurance they cannot affford. Everything has to be done in a super convoluted and wasteful expensive way to divert the big bucks to the money people..

Its illegal in the state RIGHT NOW. legalize it will make big pharm more dangerous than the banks. Legalize it will only promote it like FED paper money. You do know its the #1 selling crop? The cows (human) are drug dependent, so Mary Jane will be the ultimate escape at huge profit for the drug company. Then the drug company will have exclusive growing RIGHTS (laws), to contaminate the product in different market to bring about new man-made drugs.

Sure, but who is going to market (sell) it. Please don`t say free market. This crop is the #1 seller, and you know the government will monopoly it. making it illegal to the people to home grown. NOTHING IS LEGAL IF IT NEED GOVERNMENT CONTROL.

we can't get into a victim state over this for yes big pharma is huge but it is made up of human beings who want this knowledge too for their won human bodies and eventually with enough ground swell of ppl doing the right thing [that is sharing it and nt suppressing it] bit by bit step by step (which is why I love the entire 2008 Mendocino Marijuana Symposium) things will change.
