Correct it is a type 56 the AK does not have a under folding bayonet and the reciver and wood are a darker finish

I think it's a Type 56, because AK-47 doesn't have a spike bayonet. Spike bayonets, as far as I know, are only found in Type 56. Also, if you look closely, the iron sights look like they are hooded, which is a clear sign that this is a Norinco Type 56 assault rifle, a Chinnese copy of the Russian AK-47.
