Dr. Halsey is the woman behind the Spartan program, and parts of these "flashbacks" he's having are of what she said to the Spartans at the beginning of their training. The books The Fall of Reach, First Strike and Ghosts of Onyx (all by Eric Nylund) chronicle the story of Dr. Halsey. (I have to say she is my favorite character in the Halo franchise.) lol I would totally recommend reading the books.

First I use splitters to get the output of my Xbox 360 to split both into my TV and my Dazzle, then I plug the Dazzle's USB cord into my laptop and record the footage with Pinnical Studios 10 (which came with the Dazzle) then I edit it and make it into a video/audio file that is supported by YouTube. :P
