  • I used to play croquet though, I admit, not at this level and I cannot triple peel! A few points of interest: other peels are sextuple [6 peels] octuple[8 peels] and nontuple[9]. Triple peels are hard. Sextuples are harder still; I once saw Robert Fulford do two sextupes in 2 games. I read somewhere that Jackson is the only player to do an octuple in a tournament. Nontuples are nigh impossible; I've never seen one.

Fantastic video! Enjoyed it! Thanks so much for posting.

  • Thank you, Janette. What a wonderful little video. I too wish to someday make a triple peel.

  • A month later 18 year old Duncan Dixon finished as a semi finalist in the Plate competition at the Association World Championships 2008 held in Christchurch New Zealand.

    Congratulations Duncan Dixon!

  • thanks janette
