No dumbass, Plinko IS about dumb luck. It doesn't matter how you aim your chip, it could head down the board in a direction that you didn't intend for it to. I've watched enough of this Plinky shit to tell you that. The only "skill" involved is correctly guessing the prizes' prices to get chips. Other that that, it's just "luck."

A lot of people from Idaho get called down, believe it or not. Also, Canada is a big place for Price is Right contestants. Of the 6 times I went in 2 months, I saw there were at least 3 Canadians called down and 2 people from Idaho. Illinois is also a big place for contestants on Price.
