This is stupid. First off, don't use spray paint. it has nasty chemicals like Xylene, genius and doesn't adhere to fabric well enough. It gets clumpy. Just learn how to screenprint. It's cheap, easy, and can be done at home, and will last for AGES. And also, won't look like complete shit.

Leave the shirt to dry, then hand wash it in cold water to help fix the colours. If you're worried about the colour coming off, I think you can find spray on colour fixant. Google is your friend :)

@EdwardBubbles I've never used spray paint but if its the same as using fabric paint, then you have to cure it with heat 365 degrees ( an iron will do) I wait about 5 min then put wax paper over the design and iron it.

I use manilla folders. You can cut them fairly easily with blades, and the paper isnt too terribly thin where you use it once and the paint fucks you in the ass.

Hi, I only recommend to paint with Montana COLORS, the unique spray paint that is permanent after washing.

About the colors, you are using a low contrast combination, so if you are sure about it, you will need more than three hands of paint.

My guess: the vid is a CG sandwhich.

The hands, stencil swap, and "spraying" is done separately over a blue/green screen.

The T shirt is photographed at different stages (after each stencil design is applied), and the two "scenes" are stitched together in editing.

Hi!

Gloss Spray Paint don't work well, it will disappear after a few washes. For paper try to use one with high density, you don't need anymore special specs than this one.

You better put a backing in between the front and back of the shirt, otherwise severe bleeding can occur on the back. I was in a band that did this. Spray paint does last a lot longer through a wash than Iron-on's.
