@babystinky , here is my 'theory', re: your retorical question: 1st- love of and immersion in rock, R & B, Soul; John and Paul had voracious audio appetites, and eclectic tastes, and real curiosity to learn, and it shows in their end product, constantly; 2nd- these guys--- ALL FOUR OF 'EM---- had a real work ethic 3rd- John and Paul really 'got' the tone of the emotions of their young audience, then they captivated them ! =) Mix it all together, and WOW!
