This pattern is so beautiful! I made a large scarf for my best friend in holland and now I realised I didn't take a photo so I could show it .. but it was very nice :)
Is there somewhere to see the stitch pattern written out. I'm a loom knitter and trying to learn what it looks like when done on needles so no captions or audio is challenging. Great vid, was just wondering if u had written? Thanks!! -Kristen
Great camera angles!!!! So many people on here please watch this video on how to make a knitting video--- slightly slower a bit and talking maybe??? Love your yarn choice this is a wonderful stitch!!
i just started knitting last week watch video last night. i did some guess work i slip last st & row2 i knitted it not p. love the look ether way LOVE the video .thankx
I am LOVING THIS STITCH - and your videos! I have a question for you or anyone else out there who has used this stitch in a project: I'm making a scarf and I'm ready to add in another ball of yarn. I should add the new ball onto a purl row, correct? I'm just concerned that when I get to the next row and hit the stitches with the new yarn that there will be a lot of bulk. But I guess that's the only way....?
Thanks in advance for your help and your fantastic videos!
Great video! Made a wonderful scarf for my boyfriend this Christmas, nice easy stitch that doesn't take too long but has a great finish :) made mine with dark green wall 50g wool, with 50m per ball and 8mm needles. Made it a bit tighter than in the video.
@amandie825 the yarn we use is our DROPS Eskimo. It's available in yarn stores worldwide. You find listings and more info, color cards etc on our website garnstudio . com
This video is very precise. The slower speed explains just what you need to do. I think the lack of spoken words, makes you focus on the visual. Very well done. You watch this once-you got it.
Your video is very clear, good camera angle etc. but some spoken explanation would have helped. Thank you for sharing this with all of us here on You Tube. :)
Omg it looks hard but im gonna try it

May I ask what size needles you are using? I like how the stitches aren't too tight.
hereshopingforfame 9 months ago
@hereshopingforfame We are using US size 13 = 9mm and the bulky yarn is DROPS Eskimo.

Odd or even number of stitchs to start pattern?
JanREBEL 1 year ago
@JanREBEL Hi, you should have an even number of sts, both when working back and forth and when working in the round.
