The best way to do it is use a computer and set it up from playstations website. then let google translate... also a cool thing is when you type in the zipcode, the button next to that ends up inputing all the address that is for the zipcode!

thats easy, just change the system language to japanese. if that doesn't work then you would have to reformat your system and start with japanese from the beginning.

If you're talking about being able to chat in english on japan home. If you go to the settings on your japanese account, accessory settings, and then choose the language, "Korean keyboard". It works and i've tried it. Of course, it just lets you chat in english on japan home, not translate everything, lol. anywho, I hope that helped ya out.
