There are lots of GNU/Linux distributions. Some of the most popular are Ubuntu, PCLinuxOS, openSUSE, Fedora, Mint, Mandriva, Debian, Sabayon, and Mepis. I use Kubuntu myself. You can Google for any of these and download a complete GNU/Linux distribution complete with applications from their websites. Its worth trying different ones to find one that you like the most. :)
If you read the notes on the video - this is SuSe OUT OF THE BOX: no extras, no compiling packages, nada - all you need is a machine to support it - and I have run it on a 4 year old laptop with no graphics card and it STILL runs smoothly. Not saying it's better or worse than Ubuntu, or more or less impressive... all I am saying is, if the "box" is so neat, inside the box it's even better....
