Thats kind of cool and creative in many senses. I think thats another creative form of art and shouldn't be viewed as "disgusting" but take a few minutes and try to think and appreciate the human work of art. Thats what Madonna is all about, use your own body in many forms and ways to create art as long as its artistic and not done in ways that would be pornographic or include any kind of human waste... seriously this has a combination of cool colors and lushly looking lips....

Art provokes the senses, all of them, and if a work makes one feels happy/sad, attracted or disgusted about something in a strong way, it is art.
