Hey all, This was am awesome video Jim, I was so worried about the smoke, but come to find out,

its the left rear cam shaft seal that needs to be sealed, and plugged.

My car is smoking and leaking from the same exact areas....

@Kayroseky no, not really, it may catch fire tho, also its dangerous cause the burning oil smell is poisonous

I have an 2001 Audi 2.4 6cyl 30V and have the same problem from the passenger side. I will check what to do and then let you know.

thank you so much for this i have a 1999 audi a4 the this is what is happening to mine. the oil is not running down the passenger side only a little bit i can see on the tail shaft and most is running off of my oil filter. can't believe how stop on you were with this video thanks so much.
