They were trained and they attacked a five star hotel and people who were not armed and not prepared to defend themselves. Why attack like a coward and if you've balls, then attack the army base. How many commandos they attacked? Police force is a specialized force for a different task.
Even your country's police is not capable enough to handle that.

They don't train people to carry attacks in other country.They don't stage a coup and take over the country and over-rule the constitution. They only come to action, when told to do so.That may be our failure and it costs us dearly. Don't worry about that and mumbai attack may have jolted us and we lost many lives but a lesson for us to come stronger as a nation.
