I just watch your video! Great work! excellent footage! I used to fish from Pawling's bridge all the way up to Oaks all the time. Great small mouth action even a tiger musky here and there. I moved out of that area twenty years ago. I went back to Pawlings bridge park today 1/22/10 just to check it out for the first time in 16-17 years. I recognize a lot of there area in your video! What kind of camera do you use?
I have been using a Canon Powershot S3IS for the last few years - it works great, has a movie button on the back, and you can swing the screen around to frame yourself before you hit it. I've been very lucky not to get it wet, since it's not waterproof at all. This year I'm looking at getting a Canon D10 which is waterproof. I also use a GoPro Hero Wide angle camera in some of the other videos that you can check out, great for wide angle shots.
Your videos got me pumped to fish the Schuylkill River again. I used to do it 4 evenings a week when I lived in Wayne Pa. Fished from Oaks down all the way down to Belmont Ave !! Great stuff! got 18" ers every now and then in VF park area. Biggest one ever was Green Lane Res, it was only 1/4" off PA state record at the time in 1972 I was 14 then. It weighed nearly 6 lbs! Thanks for bring back the memories. : )
