I have never heard Solal play before. Though the first time I heard this piece was 35 years ago by Yepes it seemed like a flourish of Picasso's brush. It is difficult to say that Solal is not better. The sound production is fantasic but should not detract from the global properties of that guitar which have been masterfully extracted. I shall listen to this with pleasure many times...thanks Gaelle!

Alguna Vez Lei en un libro de Manuel Lopez Ramos  "Un Gran Guitarrista es aquel que embellece todo lo que toca"Pero No recuerdo que haya citado ejemplos de guitarristas que tienen ese Don,por que de seguro ahi hubiera visto tu nombre!.UN trigales lleno de belleza y bravura el que nos has obsequiado.

Bravo et merci pour cette très belle interprétation à la fois energique et pleine de sensibilité...(Et tellement propre ! ce qui ne gâte rien !) Les moments de silence dans la partie centrale prennent du sens et de la valeur car ils sont ressentis ce qui à mon sens est une marque de grande justesse musicale...Ma version préférée sur le net, je vais m'en inspirer ! Merci ! :)

Merci à toi. oui formée au CNSMDP + ENM en musique de chambre, les deux cursus avec Alberto Ponce + avant formation au CNR Marseille avec René Bartoli + après formation avec plein d'autres prof, principalement: Alvaro Pierri, Oscar Ghiglia, Roland Dyens et plein de masterclasses pour connaitre des points de vue différents. :))
