  • cool video

  • Thanks for posting Dave. I will give him a call. Anthony.

  • More videos!!!!!

  • I hate the fact that its all plastic.

  • I need new videos atleast every four days....thank you..

  • Hello, My father is in the military and living we are currently living in military quarters. Were you a prepper when you were in the military? If so how did you manage to prep with the constraints of the rules that apply to a military house? Also an other point if WROL or for that matter even a Natural disaster, I strongly believe that I as a 15 year old cannot defend my Home and family Simply because my father is must be going to be keeping the peace and helping the situation at hand. Thanks,

  • I notice your dog in some videos. A dog or dogs would be great in a sh ot wrol scenario for obvious reasons. What prepping have you done for him?

  • your that dude from Nat Geo?!!! awesome!!! i didn't know you had a channel :)

  • I know I'm off subject but my iPhone app doesn't give me an option to send you a PM. What type of ammo do you stock up for your ARs.

  • Awesome channel bro!

Just got through all your videos and you made a real prepper out of me.

Im waaay back on preparations, but I've got a great village house to make it easy for me

You and Engineer775 are a great source of information and motivation

    Keep up the great videos!

  • i come home from work and tune in to you. by now, your voice is comforting to me brother! hope to see you on the other side! ONE

  • thank you

  • Well, sure beats my garbage pail under the down spout on the back of the shop. That is a bit of a drive for me though.

  • Wow, you guys have everything down there. We've got nothing were I live.

  • This guy would make millions in Texas

  • Hi SouthernPrepper1 I wish I was your neighbor but I do live in Wisconsin. I started watching your websites about 7 months now and I literally had spent thousands of dollars prepping. At least now I am confident and well prepared if their is a disaster or a collapse my wife and I even have our children involved in prepping and they really enjoy helping out. Thanks for all of your help.

  • after an earthquake some wells go down or become contaminated. So Everyone should consider this Thanx!!!

  • Wow, what a great store. Whats the shiping on one of those giant yellow ones lol /wink

  • so how do you get the chemtrail shit out of rainwater?

  • @thombow52 By drinking it and peeing it out.

  • @thombow52

    carbon filter. I suppose.

  • @thombow52 or the fukushima radiation?

  • Awesome, but what do you do with the rainwater? Is it for the garden? Surely it isn't potable.

  • @survifall Most any water is potable after filtering or treating.

  • Rainwater collection porn

  • I can get there, for sure!

  • Here in california we are having a drought no snow in the sierra means no water next summer it will be very difficult and very expensive if you do not prepare now.

  • Don't look now, but several States have made it illegal to collect Rain water on your own land, For some reason the States believe that THEY are the only ones with the Right to the rain that falls on your land. Check with local Laws before storing rain water, that way, even if you do still go ahead and store it, you will know what mght come down from the Government. So hide your storage tanks well.

  • @JagdtygerII That's outrageous.

  • @66Bloodline66

Tell me about it, I couldn't believe it when I found out about it in my own State. The tentacles of the Globalists are everywhere, even down into the State Level. THEY can Buy up Water Rights, simply by creating a "Water District" for their own Profit (Check out Jesse Ventura's Conspiracy Theory videos), But Property Owners do not own the Gift of Heaven that Falls on our Property.

We need Ron Paul more that people realize and we need him ASAP

  • plug ugh. sweeeeeet tanks.

  • Awesome, thanks for sharing. Happy New Year btw.

  • Looks great! Thank you Sir!

  • Thanks for sharing!

  • learning alot from your videos. i lived in north carolina for a few years and loved it there. at present i am traveling. At some point i will settle down somewhere in the area i lived before. My question is, i was watching a you tube video and the topic was picking an area best for survival. the producers of the video suggest north Alabama for a number of reasons. How did you pick your location and can any place be made to realistically work in a long term survival situation?

  • I'd like to have a biosphere house, in rural area, that was seasonally thermal efficient, collected rain water and recycled gray water. A house should be designed for multiple efficiencies: water, heat transfer, solar, wind, and waste management.

  • with haveing my well i havent given ant thought about water collection we have a small spring on our property and we are thinking about building a spring house for a second water source but i might look into it as a way to water our chickens i could collect a lot of water from the coops metal roof id just want to filter it

  • What's the owners name?

  • Yea if you chould start a group on facebook that would be great, already seen and join some prepper groups on FB but none are local, love the idea of a meet and greet.. i dont know much, but i know alot more then the average person.

  • In some states it is against the law to collect water.. Colorado it the worst!

  • Thats the DisneyLand for preppers

  • Is there a specific kind of in-line filter one should use for cistern water if it is to be consumed instead of just garden? Or, is someting table-top like a Berkey better?

  • Sounds great my friend, do you have a facebook by chance??

  • @zombiekillerjordan no...but Iam thinking of setting up a account for SP1 so I can us this to network with local preppers. There are so many in this area. Maybe have a local meet and greet and just start building a bigger local group. Get together on a saturday and have a few different classes and have people present what they know on a subject and get to learn from each other.

  • @southernprepper1 that would be awesome

  • @southernprepper1 That would be great on facebook . i am from Effingham county GA

  • @tfordman223 How close is this to Pickens SC

  • @southernprepper1 Well pickens SC is 213 miles from me

  • @southernprepper1 something organized like a meet and greet would be awesome! im from the greenwood area

  • @tfordman223 ya you need an account, it's the way information is transferred in real time for a lot of us.

  • @zombiekillerjordan I made a facebook page "Community for S.H.T.F " please feel free to check it out and like it.....would mean alot only 4 people like it and there are over 200 thousand preppers or more out there.

  • h 2 o

  • Home/land

  • I live in a apartment soo my prepping is liminted, hope to have a house so i can do more, if things get bad long term i will move to a family members homeGland in Travelers rest SC, strength in numbers.

  • water here in Wellington New Zealand is free :) and a lot of houses catch their own water (mostly up in Auckland)

  • That looks like a cool store.

  • Awesome.

  • That looks so awesome.

  • that's awesome!

  • Nevermind ill look on site.

  • Very nice of you to share this information with everyone. Works out well for all.

  • Where is this at....i live in greenville SC

  • @zombiekillerjordan Its in Lyman. I was in Greenville today.

  • Thanks SP just what I was looking; an underground water storage tank.

  • sorry to use your page to post my thoughts on the defending the homestead ..........just a simple country boy

  • i grew up with a 1000gal cistern.......mountainman...that was in side the house didn thave to go out side for water with a hand pump...

  • gee nothing for Florida ... I have a small place beside the front door i would like a park bench to hide a 120 gal unit inside because of the home owners ass rules and anti- preppering out look on the end of the World many here believe that They are going to GOD so they will not need any worldly things then ... I just keep thinking I'll need a big shovel to get rid of what is left over ...

  • you know even as a young child, i always wondered why each house didnt catch its own water and use it. we could build them into our new construction. also believe dome houses and smaller homes will be the house of the future.

  • @PrometheusMovement I have thought the same. I collect water off of my tool shed and my 1600 gallon tank is full and its a great feeling knowing I have it available. I have a small tank on my house and will expand as money becomes available.

  • @PrometheusMovement Because the people who own the companies that build the houses also own the companies that run the power, water and gas and it wouldn't make them any money if people were collecting their own water and heating their own homes. Rain barrels, FTW.

  • @TheGreenerGardener i should have explained that i am well aware of industrial suppression and exploitation. i guess i was speaking on behalf of an inquisitive child. to nurture those ideas, beneficial, sustainable, responsible... in 3 generations, we will have effectively bred the world a new course. now not everybody can catch water everywhere. but if we employ an aquifer system to catch snow melt, we can duct it in. that solves 1 world problem. 99 to go.

  • @PrometheusMovement Glad we're on the same page.

  • is this in Lyman? I saw a business that had rain barrels going from Spartanburg to Greer and thought I'd stop by in the spring..Just wondering if it was the same place. Also there is a feed store down hwy 14 in tooter town that has the blue and white barrels for $15

  • @hope3986 Yes its in Lyman. I have never seen so many different size tanks in one place.

  • @southernprepper1 Ok Thanks I'm going to go check it out:) We need it for our garden we've been catching it in buckets.

  • Thanks for sharing this resource. I think it's great that you're supporting this business, too. God bless

  • Thank you for sharing this SP1!

  • great website too.

  • This is a Goldmine!!! Good find

    .

    Hugs of Love

  • this is very INTERESTIN' southernprepper1,...i wonder if he ships internationally, because i have never seen a store of this type here, gonna check his website out, thanx for the info'! Sure they sell pumps, rotoplas containers and pvc pipes but this is SUPER,...thumbs up to ya good buddy!! = )

  • nice store wish it were closer

  • Thanks for sharing that. I wish I could afford something like that.

  • I love the idea of a rain system, but every time I look for barrels or other tanks, they are SO expensive. I have even gone so far as to call the local beverage plants to see if they will sell me used barrels, but no luck. Any suggestions on reasonably priced barrels or tanks? I am googled out on this one. Thanks!
