It's a shame that you say nobody cared about this little bit of story. Having just reached it myself, I've actually found it an interesting look into Germaine's broken, and still fragile psyche, and a good bit of character development beyond the usual 'lulz' these shorts bring. I can understand how it wouldn't be for everybody, especially when all they want is some gag to laugh over, or an angry squirrel squeaking about his annoyances...but still, I hate to think that this was just overlooked.

I hope that Foamy will realize and be called on some of his own shit when they meet again. The episode where she wanted to go on a diet asked for his support and advice only to have him not only ignore her choice to improve herself, but verbally rip her to shreds the whole time was downright hateful.
