This works as a concept, but the execution fails because the presentation caters to a very small demographic of people who can actually AFFORD to spend upwards of $700k-2M+ on a home, and during a recession, no less. Unfortunately, that demo (yuppies, overachievers, delusional) does not fall within the majority of YouTubers.
