A Ferrari isnt your average stock road car, but it's far from a race car. Road cars are setup for natural understeer and for driver comfort, the 360 is a luxury sports car, not a road going race car. The time of 11.2 is still fast, that is roughly the time that most of the top super cars in the 600bhp range would manage.
I would expect a faster time from the Subaru as it is tuned for straight line speed.
Just get a half cage, or whatever would be necessary to do runs at your track. Then you can practice with your car to your hearts content, and still DD it.

I am sure with a more aggressive launch and faster shifting the car would run 10.9 as it sits. The boost is very low. I think the car has 100 more whp in it on race gas. Sadly, they tossed me before i got any more chances to improve my time.

Great video AL. Its sad to see import series fading away. Was that a Starrion in the far lane running 7.0@201mph at 7:20? Do you know what was done to it? That's is a fast ass import, I thought John Sheperds Talon was the fast but this a lot quicker and a few mph faster.

I love that you love your suby so much. Its great to see someone with so much passion for there car. And a suby to.My 1st turbo car was a 93 Legacy turbo w/ SOHC EJ22. This was pre WRX in the states . After a lot of 1 off custom work i made 219 WHP on a 130k motor on pump gas.Then in 03 did a 02 WRXi swap the 2.0L and the trans. That car was a major sleeper. It made 282whp after swap.Then like a fool i sold it to finance my 2.5RS Swap. the rs was fun but i LOVED that LEGACY

There's no way that you are going from 11.25 to breaking into the 9s just switching to race gas, even with tuning.
How many hp are you looking at gaining with race fuel? 50? 100?

@newengland72 You miss the point. The 11.2 pass was just an easy roll through the gears just to see how the car was running. I am sure with a more aggressive launch and faster shifting the car would run 10.9 as it sits. The boost is very low. I think the car has 100 more whp in it on race gas. Sadly, they tossed me before i got any more chances to improve my time.
