@muzaqqir1 if you mean the colour of the back ground going lighter or darker when you move the cam, it's the auto exposure, just press the AE-lock button :)

The Exposure Lock Key (The AE-L, AF-L Button above the LV (Live View Button.) You have to hold it down while recording. If you go into the menu settings, you can set it so it's a toggle command ( IE: An Press it's ON, Press again it's OFF).
