best shoes i have the same kind and now have green and my yellow i use for watever i use it for contruction work with my uncle and im 12 and im been using them for about 3 to 4 months and they got dirty but no holes and feels comfortable its amazing

i heard they are made of cardboard...i think he should hv reviewed it after wearing them one weak. My guess lots cracks and holes on the upper front area. I really wanted to buy this shoe but I would hold out till RBK fix the synthetic cover issue.

Yeah you don't run. The reason you get a half size up is because when you run your feet swell up...so you should get a half size up when you train/run.. And never run on your heel unless you're going down hill in that case you have to.

@ImageLoX Couple of great points there. For anyone else that doesn't grasp the concept your foot is like a water balloon so when you compress on it it'll spread out a little. Hope that's a good analogy. Also running on the heel is not very efficient. You'll maximize your run when you use the front of your feet to run. If you need reasons why just check out track spikes you'll only see spikes in the front of the shoe and never on the back. You never land on your heel for that purpose.

I tried them for 1 week.. Just ran a 5mile race and they did ok but I would not recommend them for runners.. 1 thing they lack is SHOCK ABSORPTION. They are good on the roll from heal to toe but lack any support on HEAL STRIKE. Another thing, they don't have any support around the ankle to lock in the ankle and the support on the back to hold in the Achilles heal is very low and loose. I'm gonna use them now to Weight Lift. An award winning sneaker is the Nike Air Pegasus. Best ever

@789uiojkl Hmmm you bring up a great point. My friend and I actually started practicing walking and slowly running on the ball of the feet and not land on the heel at all.

Now for a typical person they'll feel a difference for a true runner (not saying I'm) it might not be the right shoes to use it's full potential.

@diehard181 The mesh has been fine, of course if you drag something sharp on it it'll probably rip the fabric itself. But I highly doubt you're running through rose thorns and stuff.

@diehard181 I just ran a 5K in them. They we're really comfortable. I've had them a few months now and give them a thumbs up. Used mostly for treadmill running and weight training. I haven't experienced any ripping. I have the same pair as in this clip.

@igotitrighthear0904 it really depends how wide your feet are, I've got a fairly wide foot and they fit good on me, they stretch a good bit because of the mesh material, it's not like the mesh on other shoes. in new balance I wear a 4 E and these fit my feet pretty good, obviously they aren't as wide, but they stretch so much they are not uncomfortable at all.

@optimusp517 ya i got a pair a while back in black and white but the insoles were too flat for my feet so i replaced them but for running on the street they get worn out way to fast on the bottoms. They are really comfortable and i get compliments on them everywhere i go but the grip on the bottom is almost flat now so i bought the nike triax +13 and they are almost as comfortable but i didn't have to replace the insoles on them and i have ran more on them and have way less wear on them.

The Zigtechs are the best pair of shoes i have ever owned. I would have gotten the yellow and black but my foot locker only had the black/red, orange/silver and blue silver. I got the orange/silver. I'm not in the best shape but these helped out my run so much more. I payed 100 for them at my local foot locker so im not sure what the prices are anywhere else but i think thats pretty good for a shoe that has just recently came out.

@rrrkjj ok first of all parkour is not a verb. Im guessing your starting out in parkour right now. Le Parkour is a noun and you can't say Parkouring or parkour in. You are these ok to train parkour in? and my answer would be I don't know. It depends on the grip etc. I personally don't like training in shoes with this much padding because it's bad for your form of landings. With these shoes you would rely to much on the padding to cushion your drops. hope this helps

@killacamron No. Nike free is almost running on your barefoot where it contours with your entire feet. Best thing to do is try both out and feel the difference yourself. Only thing I didn't like about the free when I first had them (5.0 version) was no lateral support.
