this is such a rip off of Bagwan aka Osho's teachings. I was doing this 30 years ago at his Ashram. It's brilliant, and something good to remember and practice. It's certainly not new ........................................
@annconradt NOTHING IS NEW. Psychology was borrowed from the East. Christianity borrowed from Judiasm. Pagans borrowed from each other, going back back back. Gabrielle is a gift to our time, as is Osho. We are gifted to have them, both MASTERS, that have dedicated their lives to GREATNESS giving us the stories and the wisdom to help us open to being alive human beings, rather than drones. Gabrielle studied with Masters from many cultures and spiritual paths and that's why one sees similarities
Its so much more than you can see watching the video.
For those not sure about 5 energies - it can truly be a deeply spiritual and healing process that transforms you.
you will dance and feel deep unity with the group other times you dance one on one and share love and compassion with a total stranger. sometimes we will go into the wilderness for a week and dance amongst the trees and mountains . You can learn so much about yourself - movement is life - & life is breath and rhythm.. 4 anyone.
Totem and Luna are great inspiration to my percussion style. I owe a lot of my style that I have become to this music. I want all the music are there any more out there?
Joyful. centered, freeing movement. What could be more delightful? It's not about showing off technique. But the ego wants to show off- or pull away. Gabrielle may not have created a new dance form, but she has created a particular format in which to free the spirit, building movement to a crescendo and down into stillness.
wow at the beginning i was like ''uh huh uh huh uh huh, that just looks goofy.'' but by the end, i was thinking ''wow this is really beautiful. and wheres the rest of this video?! i wanna see the other three!'' haha
At first I just wanted to LOL...only at the thoughts of myself doing it though, but I actually see this as being extremely good way of building up our "energy healing" in and around our bodies...

All of these people are amazing dancers. They have the inner freedom to move so authentically.
