Sadly, Dr. Higgs looses some credibility when talking about the 'missile gap' as he clearly does not know enough about or understand the reality of nuclear war fighting strategy.

Yes, I know that now some righteously indignant idiots who also know nothing about nuclear war fighting strategy will want to tell me that I am an idiot because nuclear weapons are very destructive and what do such details matter... Suffice to say that they do, VASTLY more than most people have even a clue about.
