CONFLICTING WIND DIRECTION? I submit to you that Tattione and possibly other planets in the star wars Galaxy (hehe) universe have different wind patterns then we are used to on earth.
You messed up, when Luke was drinking his blue milk most likely he went back to take another drink. That's why the next clip was of him turning away from the cup.. and how Han solo was walking with chewy and Luke inside the enemy base, people are bound to switch the direction of which their going, most likely there were other people heading towrds his direction and had to move.
Not all are mistakes, like the blue milk; luke was about to take another sip before replying to owen. Also a gun was missing from that room in the death star because solo or luke grabbed it and passed it to chewie when they start blasting up the detention block.

You cut for performance, not to perfectly match cup position, that's the first thing you learn when you take an editing class. The next step is saying that it's a mistake when someone turns to answer a door, and then is immediately there- which happens in every Hollywood movie ever made.

You're hunting for mistakes!!! :)) These ones can't be seen watching movie continuously and these aren't irritating. Making movies is a very complex process. Lot of people work in a shooting. Lot of people make lot of mistakes. Try to make a movie without mistake. :)
The three or four gun one has and easy explaintion: they took one when they left. But, you didn't include how R2-D2 was walking down a set of stairs in the space port when they first when Luke, Ben, C-3PO, and R2 go to the Falcon.
@someguyhunter Doesn't count as a mistake, they added a sound effect, and if you watch episode 2 when Jango Fett runs into his ship he bangs his head in the door as well, and all the stormtroopers are clones of him so they'll have a tendency to do that as well :P Canonically it's correct.
The helmet one isn't really a mistake, the pilots shown are just some random guys that probably died during the battle of Yavin, its not like it was Porkins, Wedge, Luke or the other ones you see during the actual battle.

Talking about timing, Lucas forgot that Time for a planet depends on its' size. The bigger a planet, longer time it needs to complete a day . So how did Lucas justify time when it involve multi-planet Time reference? One day in Endor should be different with one day in tattoine. So 30 minutes refer to which

If you looked there were different pilots with the helmets. Already enlisted rebellion pilots most likely had there old helmets while the scene in the hangar was most likely newer pilots with newer helmets.

Also the "new helmets" shown in the beginning scene don't match any of the main pilots shown on the following scene don't have the basic Rebel Alliance blue crest. These are background pilots and cannonically participated in the battle but there was no film shot of them in space.
When I first saw ST I noticed the Storm Trooper wacking his head on the upper door and the Storm Trooper next to him, does a quick look at him. Earlier, when Luke is eating with his "aunt and uncle" I swear Luke's sleeve drags though some of the food on the table---and when Luke comes back from blowing the Death Star, he yells CARRIE rather then Leia---

In regards to the part with Luke and Han's disguises not being damaged, wouldn't it be possible that blaster shots we hear came from the stromtroopers weapons, and Luke and Han subdued them some other way?
In regards to the helmet scene, the Rebel pilots who put on new helmets are not seen again in the battle. I think that its reasonable to say that perhaps they were rookies who were given new helmets while the older pilots kept their old helmets.
The error in the scene with the Cantina is also pretty weak. Even though the shadows are from the wrong side, in the Original/Remastered version, before Lucas decided to make the franchise a cash-grab, there's about 2 seconds of footage showing the doorway, as opposed to this new scene. I guess Lucas is smarter than I thought if he threw in shenanigans like that to feed the neurotic tendencies of the most die-hard Star Wars fan.
About the three or four rifles thing: Han takes one of the rifles. That is why there is only three rifles in the scene with C-3PO. Look at 4:31. The scene with Threepio takes place after the scene whoever that is taking off their helmet. So when Luke, Han and Chewie leave, Han takes one of the rifles as seen in 4:45. Make sense to anyone?
On the way to the turbo lift: Of course the position of the rifle would change. What do you expect, he will always hold the gun with his right hand? Maybe it was heavy so he got tired sometimes. And he's not like other storm troopers, he's Han Solo for crying out loud!
It's not a mistake for Obi Wan to have a wrist strap on his lightsabre. Seems like a shrewd addition for the character who is getting on a bit, like the wii-mote wrist strap.
Assumption on the helmet thing. You assume all the pilots have new helmets but you don't see any particular character put on a new helmet in one scene then end up with a battered one in the second.
It's not a "mistake" for props to move BETWEEN scenes as the characters could reasonably have moved them for whatever reason (maybe C3PO thought of fighting back then lost his nerve). It is only a mistake if props move between shots where it would be IMPOSSIBLE for characters to move the props.
Same with Han's rifle positioning, the shots clearly show a LONG passage of time (different corridor) plenty of time for him to adjust hold of the weapon.

@Pigeonification My sister used to get "nickelodeon magazine" and they had a little thing called "Hollywhoops". It was pretty cool, it showed a lot of movie mistakes that I didn't notice at all.

In regards to the part with Luke and Han's disguises not being damaged, wouldn't it be possible that blaster shots we hear came from the stromtroopers weapons, and Luke and Han subdued them some other way?

In regards to the helmet scene, the Rebel pilots who put on new helmets are not seen again in the battle. I think that its reasonable to say that perhaps they were rookies who were given new helmets while the older pilots kept their old helmets.

The error in the scene with the Cantina is also pretty weak. Even though the shadows are from the wrong side, in the Original/Remastered version, before Lucas decided to make the franchise a cash-grab, there's about 2 seconds of footage showing the doorway, as opposed to this new scene. I guess Lucas is smarter than I thought if he threw in shenanigans like that to feed the neurotic tendencies of the most die-hard Star Wars fan.

About the three or four rifles thing: Han takes one of the rifles. That is why there is only three rifles in the scene with C-3PO. Look at 4:31. The scene with Threepio takes place after the scene whoever that is taking off their helmet. So when Luke, Han and Chewie leave, Han takes one of the rifles as seen in 4:45. Make sense to anyone?

On the way to the turbo lift: Of course the position of the rifle would change. What do you expect, he will always hold the gun with his right hand? Maybe it was heavy so he got tired sometimes. And he's not like other storm troopers, he's Han Solo for crying out loud!

It's not a mistake for Obi Wan to have a wrist strap on his lightsabre. Seems like a shrewd addition for the character who is getting on a bit, like the wii-mote wrist strap.
Assumption on the helmet thing. You assume all the pilots have new helmets but you don't see any particular character put on a new helmet in one scene then end up with a battered one in the second.

the '3 / 4 guns' I don't think is a real mistake.
It's not a "mistake" for props to move BETWEEN scenes as the characters could reasonably have moved them for whatever reason (maybe C3PO thought of fighting back then lost his nerve). It is only a mistake if props move between shots where it would be IMPOSSIBLE for characters to move the props.
Same with Han's rifle positioning, the shots clearly show a LONG passage of time (different corridor) plenty of time for him to adjust hold of the weapon.
