There is no 360 updates and never has been.

The only way microsoft will allow valve to come out with the updates, if it it will cost money, however it will not work that way, and valve feels its really unfair.

I'm a little confused about how you gain the unlockable weapons now. Are they completely random, random after killing somebody with the weapon, or just random after killing somebody in general?

you are kind of correct. You can get a Unlockable weapon by random OR you can complete a certain amount of class achievements and you will get a milestone. That automatically unlocks a weapon

Xbox 360 version of tf2 on the orange box will NEVER get any updates. Sorry to break the news but there having way to many memory issues. When they get all 100% done with tf2 on the PC version there gonna make a whole new team fortress two game. So its gonna have a full 1000 Gamerscore+ gamer pictures with some achievements. Cant wait till TF2 releases!

The Electro Sapper has no replacement, the C&D and the DR are replacements of the regular Invisibility Watch. You have to choose between the 3

Actually you'd just get whatever the random drop system gives you. You can't work toward getting a hat, it's all random. Playing that class more doesn't help.

I am really glad mile-stones came out for the spy and sniper because for the spy I had 16 achievements before the mile-stones came out for the spy. Now I have all spy weps. You know whats funny at first I was like why do I do not have weps but then I joined a server and I got the mile-stones and weps.
