That's Fawkes I saved him from a Vault somewhere.
whow and hes good now? witch vault was he in
I don't think he was ever bad, cause you need good karma to recruit him. I don't remember the vault, but I remember the Enclave is there, when you first meet the President.
vault 87, if you follow the main story you will find it anyway.

took me awhile to figure this out but if u use 1 stimpak all ur bones heal just a lil tip so u dont waste

Not much I can do about the brightness. :( Did you play it in High Quality? Sometimes that helps.
Ahahaha that is awesome. It is a bit dark though, perhaps you could increase the brightness somewhat.
